Manage all new referrals for the SPIRIT mental health outpatient program and begin their service. Work within a team approach to assist clients with overall coordination of basic needs such as Housing needs; any financial needs such as social security or general assistance. BA/BS, BSW with some experience with community resources.

Assessing phone calls and transferring to appropriate program staff. Handling diverse clientele seeking social services with patience and good judgement.
Assist in ensuring the delivery of a quality before and/or afterschool program that complies with all NJ Office of Licensing and Child Care Division requirements. Support the Site Supervisor in the daily operation of the program while providing positive leadership and guidance to staff.
Working with and supporting family members and caregivers with an adult relative living with mental illness. Provide case management services, including outreaches, linkages, advocacy, referrals, and general support.
