Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team grounded in the housing first approach and coupled with an integrated service model to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Somerset, Hunterdon and Warren Counties. Responsible for establishing a trusting relationship with families and working with them to identify their service goals.
