PACT Housing Specialist 067
Salary: $42,000 per year plus Sign On Bonus - $3,000
Join our Team - Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen - Perth Amboy, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team
• Provides community-based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness
• Responsible for identifying, locating, and securing housing for individuals with mental illness
• Works closely with state psychiatric hospitals to facilitate discharges of individuals into the community.

Requirements:

• BA/BS/BSW in a behavioral health related field
• Minimum of 2 years working with mentally ill population OR a Master’s degree and 1 year post-bachelor’s experience
• Experience in housing options for difficult to place individuals preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history
