    Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen offers a competitive benefits plan to both full-time and part-time employees.  The Agency also provides FREE yearly continuing education credits for professionally licensed employees through Rutgers Social Work program, Wellspring, and Medication Training with our providers so that you can receive your qualifying CEUs for free during work hours!  Some positions also offer Clinical Supervision requirements for advanced professional licenses.  Catholic Charities is non-profit and qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) programs.  We also offer Lunch & Learns for continued development and training. 

    Part-time employees who work 20 or more hours per week (1,000+ hours a year) receive life and disability insurance, retirement plan, 403(b) tax-deferred annuity, and a Pension account,  Employees who work less than 20 hours will still receive NJ State Sick Time on an accrued basis.

    Employees who work 25 or more hours per week (1,300+ hours a year) receive all of the above benefits plus Medical, Dental, Prescription, Vision , up to 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 20 vacation days for Paid Time Off, prorated on an accrued PTO Plan.
