The Family Preservation Services Supervisor oversees DCP&P contracted intensive in-home counseling program in Somerset County. The FPS supervisor is responsible for the day to day and clinical operation of FPS including staff supervision record review, directing staff, keen crisis management skills, supporting the clinical needs of the program.

Community-based crisis services to 0-21 aged youth in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren counties. Responsibility for the in-home stabilization of emotional and behavioral crises, prevention of crisis development, support in transitions of life/placement for children, and short-term case management.

Supervisory experience in the field of addiction, 5 years' experience utilizing clinical, evidenced based tools in making sound clinical decisions, skilled in clinical reasoning, listening and excellent communication skills.
