The program provides community-based crisis services for youth aged 0–21 in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren counties. It focuses on stabilizing emotional and behavioral crises in-home, preventing future crises, supporting life or placement transitions, and offering short-term case management.

The Substance Abuse Counselor is part of a multi-disciplinary team using a Housing First and integrated service model to help families secure and maintain housing in Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset, and Warren Counties.
