Works as part of a multi-disciplinary PACT team. Provides community-based treatment and skills training to persons with serious mental illness. Responsible for identifying, locating, and securing housing for individuals with mental illness

Outpatient Clinician will provide counseling to individuals, families, and couples. Self-motivated and have an ability to quickly build rapport with clients. Flexible schedule with the option to see clients in the office, through telehealth, or through a hybrid of telehealth and in-office sessions.

Community-based crisis services to 0-21 aged youth in Hunterdon, Somerset, and Warren counties. Responsibility for the in-home stabilization of emotional and behavioral crises, prevention of crisis development, support in transitions of life/placement for children, and short-term case management
