Provide case management services to individuals residing in the Ozanam Inn Shelter. Screening, assessment, service planning, linkage, crisis intervention, and de-escalation, managing relationships with a broad range of community providers, and life skills teaching.

Work alongside a team facilitating therapeutic parent-child visitation for families involved with the child welfare system. Visitation will occur in the least restrictive setting determined for each family’s unique needs, in order to facilitate a successful family reunification.
