Under the direction of Center Director, the Abbott P-3 Substitute Teacher will cover in an Abbott preschool classroom as needed for staff absences. Expected to follow the daily schedule, supervise and work in conjunction with the Teacher Assistant and follow the mandated curriculum.

The Case Manager in Edison will provide case management services to individuals and families in the Ozanam Family Shelter and Scattered Site PSH. Responsibilities include client screening, assessment, service planning, crisis intervention, community referrals, life skills education, transportation to housing, housing application support, agency collaboration, and using HMIS case management software.

Oversees staff and coordinates the Multi-Services Program, including training, supervision, and directing daily activities. Ensures compliance with rental assistance program requirements and agency standards. Manages program operations using HMIS software, connects staff and clients to resources, and participates in meetings and trainings

Provide case management for individuals with mental illness who are currently homeless or at imminent risk. Responsibilities include screening, assessment, county-wide outreach, service planning, referrals, counseling, life skills education, and use of HMIS case management software.

The Substance Counselor/Clinician conducts assessments, facilitates individual and group therapy, and must have knowledge of NJSAMS.

The Substance Use Counselor in Bridgewater provides assessments, counseling (individual, group, and family), education, case management, treatment planning, and recovery support for clients with substance use issues.
