Join our Team - Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen - Perth Amboy, NJ
Salary: $54,325 per year plus Sign On Bonus - $2,500- Works as part of a multi-disciplinary team grounded in the housing first approach, and coupled with an integrated service model to assist families in obtaining and retaining housing in Hunterdon, Mercer, Somerset and Warren Counties.
- Office located in Bridgewater, NJ
- Providing and coordinating substance abuse services in-home
- Case management and case documentation skills are essential
- Case conferences with Child Protection and Permanency (CP&P) and other providers
- Remote work possible after 3-month probationary period.
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and (2) two years related experience.
- CADC or LCADC
- Rotating 24/7 coverage required
- Flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends
- Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history
