Receptionist 004 - Perth Amboy NJ
Salary: $21.00 per hour

We are currently looking for a bilingual professional who seeks to be part of a dynamic, high performing organization.
Responsibilities:

• Answering switchboard lines
• Assessing phone calls and transferring to appropriate program staff
• Handling diverse clientele seeking social services with patience and good judgement
• Processing client payments and recording transactions accurately
• Processing Incident Reports and other administrative duties as requested
• conducting building opening and closing lock-up procedures as schedule requires
• Enduring compliance with front office procedures, security, and policy
• Adapting quickly and applying understanding of agency policies and procedures to situations necessitating discretion or escalation

Position schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:45 am - 4:00 pm with occasional evenings 4:00 - 8:00 pm, only when coverage is necessary.
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish.
• Exhibit a professional and pleasant demeanor.
• Minimum 12-months experience.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail.
• Must be trustworthy, reliable and dependable.
• Must be computer proficient and able to quickly learn agency-specific computer applications, policies, procedures and programs.
