Child Care Assistant Supervisor 096 - Long Valley NJ

Are you dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to lead? We’re looking for dedicated Assistant Site Supervisor to join our afterschool programs and help create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children in grades PreK – 5th Grade.

Join our Team - Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen - Perth Amboy, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily program operations
• Provide guidance and support to staff and children in grades PreK – 5th Grade
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
• Help organize and lead age-appropriate activities
• Model professionalism, teamwork, communication and dependability at all times
• Hours are Monday to Friday from 1:30pm to 6:00pm

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's Degree or CDA preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience working with children
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive
