Case Manager 130, Bridgewater, NJ
Spirit Program - Salary: $50,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all new referrals for the SPIRIT mental health outpatient program and begin their service
• Work within a team approach to assist clients with overall coordination of basic needs such as Housing needs; any financial needs such as social security or general assistance
• Provide transportation to doctor appointments as needed
• Conduct group sessions
• Maintain program statistics

Requirements:

• BA/BS, BSW with some experience with community resources
• Ability to be flexible in with their work schedule
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
